The Easton Area School District (District) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County (trial court) denying its motion for post-trial relief and granting Roger Wrazien’s request for counsel fees and costs. The central question we consider is whether the trial court erred in holding that the District was bound to the terms of Wra-zien’s retirement package negotiated by the District’s Superintendent and approved by the District’s School Board, even though the Board members did not have in hand a copy of Wrazien’s retirement package when they…
