OPINION

LAMBERT, Senior Judge:

The City of Taylorsville, Kentucky, appeals from two orders of the Spencer Circuit Court which address the validity of a petition for a voter referendum on a Charter County Government pursuant to KRS 67.830. The trial court found that the Petition met the requirements of the statute and that the signatures supporting it were properly verified. The trial court also rejected the City’s challenges to the constitutionality of KRS 67.830.
