— Order unanimously modified and, as modified, affirmed, without costs, in accordance with the following memorandum: This is an action for damages in which plaintiffs claim that the defendants wrongfully terminated their domestic water supply. Defendants Bean and plaintiffs appeal from the order which granted plaintiffs summary judgment against the Beans and granted the defendants Houck summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
