*187 The defendant, Gang Jin, appeals from the denial of his motion to open the judgment of conviction, 1 after his guilty plea made pursuant to the Alford doctrine, 2 of conspiracy to commit burglary in the third degree in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-103 and 53a-48.
