Jeff Johnson, Kona Gold Corporation and Tierra Cosmetics appeal the trial court's denial of their motion to amend their answer and to file counterclaims. We reverse and remand.

Facts

Pernie Walla, doing business as Kona Distributing, entered into a distribution agreement with Johnson, Kona Gold Corporation and Tierra Cosmetics (hereinafter Johnson) to be the sole distributor for Kona Gold products in the United States.
