In a proceeding to invalidate a petition designating certain individuals as candidates in the Republican Party primary election to be held on April 19, 1988, for the party positions of delegates and alternate delegates to the 1988 Republican National Convention from the 9th Congressional District supporting George Bush, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Dunkin, J.), dated March 7, 1988, which denied the application.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
