ELLINGTON, Presiding Judge.

Manira Islam filed suit against Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and Bank of America Corporation (collectively, “the banks”), asserting a claim for fraud.1 She appeals from an order of the trial court that purports to grant the banks’ joint motion to dismiss her complaint for failure to state a claim. Islam contends that the court erred by considering matters outside the pleadings without following the procedures required to convert the motion to dismiss into a motion for summary judgment.
