Appellees filed their suit based upon the common counts to the December term, A. D. 1923, of the county-court of Hancock county, to recover for alleged work, labor and services rendered and for materials claimed to have been furnished in changing the plumbing, installing plumbing fixtures, repairing and changing the heating plant in the summer of 1923, in the residence in which appellant and her husband, James D.
