GARRETT, Judge:

{11 Appellant, Bruce McKeever, was involved in an automobile accident. A Highway Patrol Trooper was dispatched to the scene. When the Trooper arrived he found one car [the Cunningham vehicle] engulfed in flames. The other car was McKeever's, and he was pinned in it on the driver's side. The Trooper was unable to reseue Cunningham. It took the rescue people more than an hour to get McKeever out of his car.
