A jury convicted defendant of felony murder, two counts of aggravated battery, and robbery. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 38, pars. 9 — l(aX3), 18 — 1, 12 — 4(a), 12 — 4(bX10).) The trial court vacated the aggravated battery and robbery convictions and sentenced defendant to 30 years’ imprisonment on the murder conviction. Defendant appeals, arguing that the trial court erred in ruling on his motion to suppress, he was not proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and the trial court erred in instructing the jury. We affirm.
