Expro Americas, LLC (“Expro”) filed a complaint in the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of-Jones County, seeking, inter alia, a temporary restrain*1012ing order and applying for a preliminary injunction against Eddie, Walters, a former Expro employee, and H & H Welding, LLC (“H .& H”).
