[¶ 1] Michael Longo appeals from the judgment of the District Court, (Ellsworth, Staples, J.) granting Kathy Goodwin’s motion to withdraw her motion to modify parental rights and responsibilities. Lon-go also appeals the judgment of the District Court denying his motion (1) to set aside the withdrawal; (2) to declare the 1998 interim child support order ineffective; and (3) for a trial on child support.
