This is an action of contract brought by the plaintiff, as indorsee, against the defendant, as acceptor, of three bills of exchange in the form of trade acceptances. At the trial “It was not disputed that the defendant accepted the three trade acceptances.” The exceptions relate to the exclusion of certain evidence offered by the defendant, to a part of the judge’s charge, and to the disposition by the judge of certain requests for rulings.
