This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division, granting summary judgment to the appellee, Caspar Weinberger, Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare.
On September 3, 1968, Clemens Siera-kowski, appellant, had a motorcycle accident from which he suffered fractures of the left leg. Prior to his injury the appellant had been employed for about fifteen years as a structural iron worker. He had a wife and seven children.
