This is an appeal from an order sustaining a demurrer to plaintiff’s complaint. The complaint discloses that the plaintiff is a North Dakota corporation engaged in the contracting business and among other things constructs projects for the United States Government, the State of North Dakota, political subdivisions of the state, municipal corporations and educational institutions created and operated by the state.
