Plaintiff Raven Renee Ray ("Ray") brought this admiralty action against Defendant Steve A. Lesniak ("Lesniak") pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 9(h). Ray is suing Lesniak for personal injuries and other damages she sustained as a result of being struck by the main *471sheet during a sailing race on Lesniak's boat "the Celadon."
