This is a suit brought by the plaintiff against the defendant for damages on account of injuries alleged to have been received by him while he was in the employ of and working for the defendant driving a team of mules on September 2, 1929. In his petition plaintiff alleges that the defendant is indebted to him in the sum of $20 per week for 200 week under the Employers’ Liability Act (Act No. 20 of 1914 as amended) on account of total loss of the use of an arm.
