This is an appeal from the orders of the District Court of Nebraska, Eleventh Judicial District, in and for Hall County, overruling respondent-appellant’s motion to set aside and motion for new trial. We find the trial court was correct, and we affirm.

The action was commenced on January 21, 1980, by a petition seeking dissolution of the parties’ marriage, which, in addition to general equitable relief, specifically prayed for, among other things, “a suitable division of the property accumulated by the parties . . .
