GALSTON, District Judge.
The bankrupt was adjudged a bankrupt on January 7, 1980. He was denied a discharge by the referee on the ground that he failed to keep books of account or records from which his financial condition and business transactions might be ascertained. There was no finding that such failure or acts were justified in all the circumstances of the ease.
The bankrupt owned all of the capital stock of the Wycombe Realty Company, Inc. That business was closed in 1927, and the personal -indebtedness of the bankrupt arose under leases for premises occupied by the realty company. He…
