MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Yoram Finkelstein moves for reconsideration of the Court’s Memorandum Opinion and Order (“Opinion”) dated July 10, 2007, in which the Court granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing plaintiffs claims of patent co-inventorship. Finkelstein v. Mardkha, 495 F.Supp.2d 329 (S.D.N.Y.2007).
