Homan, owner of shares of the capital stock of the defendant Fir Products Company, and E. B. Arthaud, as administrator of the estate of John A. Acteson, deceased, owner of shares of the capital stock of that company, against the defendants Fir Products Company, F. L. Hartung, George E. Hubble, George E. Eberting and A. A.
