Lyle H. Hermanee has appealed to this court from a decree entered by the District Court for Lancaster County, in an action commenced by Dorothy K. Hermanee, his wife, for a dissolution of the marriage of the parties. The trial court appointed Robert M. O’Gara as attorney for the minor children of the parties under section 42-358; R. S. Supp., 1974, and he participated both in the trial of the action in the District Court and also on appeal to this court. In this appeal, Lyle H.
