Plaintiff Quicken Loans, Inc. and defendant RE/MAX, LLC entered into- a series of agreements to discuss and eventually implement a strategic marketing partnership. When the relationship unraveled, Quicken Loans commenced the present action in this district and RE/MAX filed counterclaims. Now before the Court is RE/MAX’s motion to transfer venue to the United States District Court for Colorado, based on a forum selection clause contained in the marketing agreement.
