— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, inter alia, to compel compliance with a judgment of the Supreme Court, Wyoming County (Conable, J.), dated August 21, 1980, which ordered that the New York State Division of Parole expunge from its records certain enumerated prior convictions of the petitioner in considering him for parole release, the petitioner *628appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Weiner, J.), dated May 29, 1986, which dismissed the petition.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
