ORDER DENYING CONFIRMATION
ROBERT J. SIDMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the requested confirmation of the Chapter 13 plan jointly proposed by Eugene Feather-stone and Michaelina Bruno, joint Chapter 13 debtors and husband and wife. The terms of the proposed plan include the payment of $200.00 on a semi-monthly basis to the Chapter 13 trustee, payment of secured creditors in full to the value of their collateral, and payment of a 26% dividend to all allowed unsecured claimants.
