Defendants Air Transport Division, Transport Workers Union of America, AFL/CIO, and Transport Workers Union of America, AFL/CIO Local 504 (collectively, “TWU”) are labor organizations representing airline mechanics, stock clerks, traffic agents and cargo service men employed by plaintiff.
