This is an appeal of an order on petition for modification and petition to enforce final judgment, which we affirm in part and reverse in part.

The final judgment of dissolution of the marriage of Candice J. Merting [“Wife”], petitioner below, and James P. Merting [“Husband”], respondent below, was entered on August 26, 1998.
