ORDER AND REASONS
DUVAL, District Judge.
Before the Court is a Motion to Disqualify Judge filed by the Board of Commissioners for the Orleans Levee District (“OLD”) (Doc. 61) 1 and a Motion for Recusal filed by the Washington Group International, Inc. OWGI”) (Doc. 63) 2 . Generally, these defendants seek the recusal of the undersigned judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 455(a) 3 and 455(b)(4) 4 with respect to litigation arising out of the canal levee and/or floodwall breaches and subsequent flooding which occurred after Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans on August 29, 2005. 5 Having entertained…
