POPOVICH, J.:
¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County, which followed appellant’s conviction for driving while operator’s license is suspended or revoked.1 We affirm.
¶ 2 On May 15, 1997, Officer Timothy Woll of the Cumru Township Police Department stopped a motor vehicle operated by appellant for exceeding the maximum speed limit.2 Officer Woll requested appellant’s driver’s license, which he could not produce.
