MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

JOHNSTON, District Judge.

Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand [Docket 6]. For the reasons stated herein, the motion is GRANTED.

A. Background

Plaintiffs Virginia P. Lawson and William Lawson filed the instant action on October 21, 2005, in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia. Plaintiffs seek damages from Defendants for an alleged breach of an insurance contract.
