HUDSON, Judge.
The issue on this appeal is whether certain clauses in the parties’ contract prohibit North Carolina courts from exercising jurisdiction over an action for a breach of that contract. The trial court ruled that they did not. For the following reasons, we affirm.
Plaintiff Cable Tel Services, Inc. (Cable Tel) and defendants Overland Contracting, Inc. (Overland) and Black and Veatch, LLP (Black and Veatch) entered into a contract in 1998 whereby plaintiff was to perform construction work on a television cable installation project.
