At the hearing on November 15, 2011, the Court heard argument on the Debtors’ *291motion to reject the employment contract of Chester Walczyk, former chief operating officer of the Debtors. Walczyk opposed the motion, and argued that he should be allowed an administrative claim for severance pay, to which he claims he is entitled under his employment contract.
