Richard Eric Dickson brings this appeal from his conviction of driving under the influence. The evidence at trial showed that on August 7,1982 at approximately 7:05 a.m. appellant was observed by a Gwinnett County police officer traveling eastbound on Jimmy Carter Boulevard at a very slow rate of speed, between 15 and 20 m.p.h. The officer, who was traveling westbound, turned his vehicle around.
