POPE, Justice.

This is a mandamus suit brought by ap-pellees to compel an election for the incorporation of an independent school district and for the election of trustees under Articles 2757 and 2758, Vernon’s Ann.Civ. Stats. From a judgment granting the mandamus, appellant has appealed.
