Mrs. A. S. Moise, joined by her husband, A. S. Moise, brought this suit against the Pullman Company to recover damages alleged to have been sustained on account of the loss of wearing apparel while a passenger in one of defendant’s sleeping ears, and on account of mental suffering, inconvenience, and embarrassment in consequence thereof, as a result of the negligence of the defendant.
