In this action to recover a commission under a contract for sale of a business, plaintiff, Bernie Lieff, appeals from the summary judgment entered in favor of defendants, Medco Professional Services Corp. (Medco), RoTech Medical Corporation (RoTech), and A1 Brown, individually. We affirm.
