Petitioners Eiguenia Balachova and Igor Krasnoperov, wife and husband and natives and citizens of Russia, seek review of an April 30, 2007, order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the November 3, 2005, order of Immigration Judge (“IJ”) Theresa Holmes-Simmons directing petitioners’ removal to Russia and denying their requests for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief pursuant to the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
