—In a child neglect proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 10, the mother appeals from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County (Balkin, J.), entered June 22, 1992, which, after a fact-finding hearing, made an affirmative finding of neglect against her.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.

In a child protection proceeding, the petitioner has the burden of proving that the injuries sustained by a child are of such a nature as would ordinarily not be sustained or exist except by reason of the acts or omissions of the parent or other person responsible…
