ORDER
HAWKINS, District Judge.
This action for review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary herein) is before the court with the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate. The matter was reviewed by the Magistrate pursuant to the court’s order of reference and Section 636 of Title 28 of the United States Code. By statute, the court is charged with making a de novo determination of any portions of the Magistrate’s report to which specific objection is made. 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1).
