MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

H. CLYDE PEARSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

The issue before the Court is whether the debt arising from use of a VISA credit card is nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2).

The only evidence before this Court is the testimony of the Debtors and the documents submitted by the Bank. The facts, briefly stated, are as follows. Approximately three years ago, the Debtor, Debra Shrader, completed an application to obtain a VISA credit card through Plaintiff, Dominion Bankshares (“Dominion”). At the time, she was employed as an X-ray technician at a local hospital.…
