Plaintiff, James Mitchell (Mitchell), appeals from an order of the trial court granting the motion for summary judgment of defendant, Jewel Food Stores, division of Jewel Companies, Inc. (Jewel), and denying plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff’s action alleged a breach of contract for defendant’s terminating plaintiff’s employment in violation of the policies set forth in an employment handbook.
