HOLLAND, Justice:

This is a direct appeal by the defendant-appellant, Nikerray Middlebrook. Middle-brook was arrested for the shooting of Jerry Williams and Jerome Perkins. He was charged with two counts of Attempted Murder in the First Degree, two counts of Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, one count of Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited, and one count of Receiving Stolen Property, specifically, a handgun.
