Petitioner Yasmick Jeune, 1 a native and citizen of Haiti, seeks review of an order by the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming an immigration judge’s denial of Petitioner’s request that he not be removed from this country. The De partment of Homeland Security (“DHS”) had sought to remove Petitioner .after the latter’s convictions for two criminal offenses.
