OPINION

SULLIVAN, Judge.

Appellant, Jeremy Jackson, challenges the post-conviction court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief. Upon appeal, Jackson presents two issues for our review:(1) whether the post-conviction court erred in concluding that Jackson failed to prove that he did not waive his right to a jury trial; and(2) whether the post-conviction court's order that a conviction for a Class A misdemeanor be entered against Jackson was error in that it would subject Jackson to conviction of a crime with which he was never charged.

We affirm.
