This employment discrimination lawsuit is back before us for the second time. In the first appeal, we affirmed the district court’s entry of summary judgment, concluding that Dr. Dwain Hamilton had failed to establish a prima facie case as to any of his claims. Hamilton v. Sheridan Healthcorp Inc., 602 Fed.Appx. 485 (11th Cir. 2015) (“Hamilton I”).
