Before this Court is the petition for review (Petition) of Rachel L. Carr (Carr), which invokes this Court's original and appellate jurisdictions, and an application for summary relief filed by the State Civil Service Commission (Commission). In our appellate jurisdiction, Carr petitions for review of an adjudication and order of the Commission (Adjudication), which dismissed her challenge of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation's (Department) termination of her employment.
