MITCHELL, Chief Justice.

Defendant, Paul L. Thibodeaux, was tried capitally upon a proper indictment for first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit murder, and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon at the 29 November, 6 December, and 13 December 1993 Mixed Sessions of Superior Court, Cumberland County. The jury found defendant guilty of first-degree murder under the felony murder rule, guilty of robbery with a firearm, guilty of conspiracy to commit robbery with a firearm, and not guilty of conspiracy to commit murder.
