OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, the State of Ohio ("State"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying its motion for corrected judgment entry and/or resentencing of defendant-appellee, Eric D. Turner ("Turner"). For the following reasons, we affirm.

{¶ 2} On May 4, 2000, Turner was indicted on one count of aggravated murder with a firearm specification. In September 2000, Turner pled guilty to the stipulated lesser offense of attempted involuntary manslaughter, a second-degree felony, with a firearm specification.
