Birdsong, Presiding Judge.

Walter Lewis Henderson appeals his judgment of conviction and sentence of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. The trial court denied appellant’s suppression motion. Subsequently, appellant was found guilty by the trial judge in a bench trial in which the parties stipulated to evidence and the trial court took judicial notice of the suppression motion hearing transcript at the parties’ joint request.
