Appeal by the defendant from (1) a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County (Kelly, J.), rendered November 21, 2002, convicting him of murder in the second degree, manslaughter in the first degree, assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree, and endangering the welfare of a child (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence, and (2) a resentence of the same court imposed March 12, 2003, resentencing him on the count of manslaughter in the first degree.
